Renpy "FIND THE CAT" Mini Game Script

🐾 Premise:

You're in a room. A cat hides in one of several objects (e.g., box, pillow, vase). Click the right one to find it. Random each time!

🐾 Features:

• Multiple clickable objects on screen
• Randomly chosen hiding spot
• Visuals: background + object images
• Sound effect for correct/incorrect

🐾 Script Instructions:

• You can change the dialog in the init_python.
• Position of items can be changed in the screens script.

First off, we start the game by the welcome screen.

This is the time you would be selecting where the cat is. Is the cat hiding in the pillow, box or the vase?

If we selected wrong, it will show us this.

However, if we guessed right:

This game shows the flexibility of Renpy as well as how to make a mini game where you're looking for something. Could be integrated in your game if your character is a detective, looking for clues, etc. You can also rehash the code for making investigative games where you click on items.
