Plugin Description:

Creates a smooth scrolling camera for the player and events.

This plugin basically makes a focusing camera which scrolls as the player moves. This means that when the player moves to the right, the camera focus goes to the right and scrolls smoothly and slowly. I made sure that the older errors such as scrolling through the rule of web window is fixed.
