Log Horizon Cathedral System - RPG Maker MV Plugin

Introduction

This plugin mimics the Cathedral System in the anime and light novel Log Horizon. When the player dies, instead of hitting game over, they are revived in a certain place called "Cathedral". Whilst this can be done via events, I don't see why it can't be done simpler via scripting.
